Projects can include buildouts, acquisitions, and optimizations of current facilities. They will be expected to do occasional site walk throughs to ensure completion of projects. Skills and Requirements * Since this is a PM role, I am first and foremost looking for a solid PM (structured, organized and process oriented) * At least 5 years of experience as an IT PM in enterprise environments * Ideally, experience with IT Construction Projects or IT Facility Projects * We are looking for someone with strong overall IT project experience, this can include infrastructure, application implementations, security projects, and more * Must have experience working in a matrix organization (there will be no direct reports for the PM) * Since "Patient Care" is No.1 priority, I am looking for a candidate that will drive multiple projects (6-9 simultaneous projects) forward and be able to lead project resources with tactfulness and sensitivity -Healthcare exp -PMP null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
