Hospital Director of Operations
Ethos Veterinary Health
Nashville Veterinary Specialists (NVS) is a progressive, well-established, and growing 24-hour emergency and specialty practice. Our mission is to honor the human-animal bond in all we do by working to improve the care of our patients, the experiences of our clients, and the health of our team and the larger veterinarian community. We are also deeply committed to environmental sustainability and have committed to being as green as possible. Some ways we are doing this are by having a rain collection system, solar panels, composting, recycling, and taking advantage of our natural lighting. We are also very involved in our local community and participate in multiple volunteer opportunities such as Second Harvest, Room at the Inn, and the Cumberland River Project.
We are proud to have been awarded with the Ethos Presidents Award for the last two years in a row! This prestigious award honors hospitals that exemplify operational excellence and highlights hospitals that excel in both care and performance. Recognized organizations deliver strong financial results—above-average EBITDA and margin growth—through exceptional medicine, outstanding client service, and strategic resource management. Just as importantly, they’re known for strong, effective leadership and a culture where teams and talent thrive.
What we are seeking is a visionary and dynamic Hospital Director of Operations to lead one of our flagship veterinary hospitals with the insight and strategic mindset of a Chief Financial Officer.
