Location: This on call every weekend from Friday at 5pm to Monday at 8am- salary role

What You’ll Do:
As a Hospice On-Call RN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll assess, plan, and implement nursing care in alignment with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring patients receive the support they need—when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical, emotional, and spiritual assessmentsCollaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to develop and implement care plansProvide education and emotional support to patients and caregiversRespond to urgent needs during your shift, including admissions, symptom management, and crisis supportMaintain accurate and timely documentationParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetingsWhy Join Us?
