Jet Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Nurse to join our Hospice team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting clinical and quality data to support and improve our hospice programs. You’ll work directly with agency leadership to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support outstanding patient care—always aligned with Jet Health’s mission and values.

Requirements Conduct comprehensive assessments of care quality, including services provided under arrangementAggregate and analyze data to identify trends and support corrective action plansMonitor coordination of care among service providersPrepare and present quarterly and annual Quality Improvement (QI) reportsSupport Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) and QA action plansConduct annual Safety Surveillance EvaluationParticipate in QAPI meetings and assist with CMS data reportingAssist in mock surveys and survey preparednessCollaborate with agency directors on training needs and compliance initiativesServe as a clinical resource for documentation, compliance, and quality outcomesProvide support during internal and external audits or surveys

Qualifications

Required Education & Licensure: 

Graduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent RN or LVN license (multi-state license through the Nurse Licensure Compact accepted)Valid driver’s license

Required Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hospice nursing experienceDeep understanding of hospice regulatory and compliance standardsDemonstrated knowledge of QAPI principles and implementationStrong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and Medicare online portals
