Responsibilities for HoReCa ExecutiveCollaborate within the team and with third-party vendors to execute marketing plans, including but not limited to setting goals, overseeing, delivering within defined timelines and within approved budget, taking responsibility for the end resultManage a team of Hostesses, ensuring they are well-informed about the organization's products and can effectively communicate this information to consumers.Plan touch point visits in cooperation with the team, measure their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements.Develop programs, tools, and mechanics to achieve period and year KPIs by the brand.Gather consumer insights and feedback, and stay informed about competitors' activities.Ensure timely delivery of seasonal uniforms and other essentials.Maintain and further improve corporate relations with partners and customers.Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track progress and performance.Analyze reports and suggest projects based on findings to improve performance and achieve goals.Manage the yearly budget to ensure financial goals are met and resources are allocated efficiently.Required Qualifications (Optional):Higher education (preferably in marketing, management, or economics).Work experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector (experience in the HoReCa channel will be an advantage).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English.Problem-solving skills.Team workerDiscipline and a high sense of responsibilityWillingness/ability to drive to Yerevan and regions (60% of the time). Car will be provided by the company.
