Suburban Honda Honda Farmington Hills is growing their Service Department and is looking to add a ROCKSTAR advisor to our team.As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records.

Responsibilities:Greet customers and assess service needs with professionalismProvide accurate estimates and explain recommended servicesCommunicate effectively between customers and techniciansEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and retentionProcess repair orders and manage workflow efficiently ​

Qualifications:Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience (Honda experience preferred)Strong customer service and sales skillsKnowledge of automotive repair and maintenanceAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProficiency in dealership management softwareValid driver’s license required
