Priority Honda Chesapeake is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. If you’re passionate about helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven to succeed, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
Greet and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process
Develop strong relationships and ensure a world-class customer experience
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
Follow up with leads and maintain an organized pipeline using our CRM system
Stay up to date on inventory, product knowledge, promotions, and competitive comparisons
Achieve and exceed sales goals while maintaining high CSI scores
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous automotive or retail sales experience is a plus—but not required
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
