What will you do?
Franchisee management (10-15) on key deliverable of Install & Services.
Planning network to the new area post on-boarding of new Franchisee
Enabling him to deliver the network in stipulated time
Updating network in GIS
Ensuring customer experience by -
- End to end ownership of any SR assigned (Voice + DSL + Data) Product
-Maintaining SLA parameter and ensure resolution of SR within timeline.
- Ensure minimizing of repeat/re-open fault cases and make analysis to prevent such cases. Ensuring that franchisee is managing appropriate level of inventory & deploying the standard quality of materials Maintaining access network with help of other verticals O&M / Preventive maintenance of Access equipment Ensuring high network uptime with help of support from various sstackholders Co-ordinate with various stake holders with timely communication on challenges faced. Handle escalation from internal and external customers. Quality & Process Compliance, Team Building & Driving Skills, Ensuring timely audits. Identify Proactive Network Rehabilitation opportunities. Monitor team performance and propose improvement plan. Training for support & skill sets development of franchisee manpower. Training of the franchisees’ resources so that work performed as per SOP of Airtel Coordination with cross functional teams CE/NOC/O&M to provide faster resolutions. Independent Problem resolution skills Experience of handling 5-10 vendors at a time Should be willing to work in field on 24*7 basis if required. Organized and self – motivated. Knowledge sharing
