Job Responsibilities:\n\nContacting company provided qualified leads.\nScheduling and managing appointments.\nDetermining customers' wants and needs.\nOffering a compelling product presentation\nHelping the customer commit to beginning the process of investing in a new home.\nProspecting via social media, marketing & promoting new business.\nDocumenting sales activities in our CRM.\nFollow up with prospects throughout the buying process.\nWorking & communicating effectively with customers & team-members\nReporting to management.\n\n

Job Requirements:\n\n3 Years of documented B2C sales experience\nStrong verbal & written communication skills\nStrong presentation skills\nProven Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)\nProven proficiency using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.\nProven proficiency in time management\nCommunicating with team members and management\nParticipation in training programs\n\n
