岗位职责:

洞察家用梯市场趋势，制定差异化产品定位和竞争策略;定期拜访代理商和分公司，收集市场需求并制定路线图及开发计划;联合市场部和供应线各部门进行深度合作，确保产品相关项目执行及落地;提供分公司和代理商定期的产品和策略培训;为家用梯代理商和展厅提供持续更新的展品/样品/销售文件/话术等，增加销售的成功率;提升家用梯完整生命周期内的客户体验（礼品/开工仪式/交付仪式等客户接触点体验）

岗位要求：

具备5年以上家用电梯或者家电/泛家居/汽车或者消费类产品管理或者开发管理经验;成功主导过≥2个完整产品生命周期案例（从业务需求到产品交付）;熟悉电梯行业，了解电梯原理和家用梯运营模式优先；有家电/汽车/消费类电子产品全生命周期经验优先；积极有责任心，有目标导向意识和创业精神；良好的沟通技巧和团队精神
