As a Drive Up & Go (DUG) Lead, you will be responsible for managing the people, processes, and tools to create an exceptional customer experience. From selecting the best produce to delivering an on-time order, you will help lead DUG associates to pick, stage, load, and hand off on-line grocery orders. As a dynamic and engaged leader, you will be responsible for creating a positive and consistent customer experience while growing E-Commerce sales and meeting performance targets. 
 

Main responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide service within company policy. Order Processing: Use handheld scanner to check in items, ensuring accuracy. Item Identification: Locate items in ambient, chilled, and frozen categories. Order Monitoring: Ensure customers receive all ordered products. Order Picking: Review order picking to meet time commitments. Bagging and Staging: Bag items, place in bins, and stage carts. Customer Handoff: Push hand truck to customer vehicle. Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise Personal Shoppers. Compliance: Adhere to legal compliance routines. Cleanliness: Maintain store and DUG area cleanliness. Uniform Policy: Follow uniform and grooming standards.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Product Knowledge: Familiarity with products, pricing, and store layout. Math Skills: Basic math proficiency. System Operation: Ability to use online shopping systems. Customer Service Skills: Excellent service skills. Instruction Compliance: Understand and follow guidelines, policies, and procedures. Multitasking: Work in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork and Independence: Work independently and within a team. Self-Motivation: Driven to learn and share product knowledge. Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance, flexible scheduling. Conduct Standards: Comply with workplace standards.re]
