About the role

We are looking for an experienced Right to Buy and Leasehold Officer to join our busy Income team.  The successful candidate will be reposnsible for providing expertise on the Right to Buy and Leasehold management across NNC, experiece is therefore essential.  

This will include the management and administration of Right to Buy applications, the administration of service charges for leaseholders and tenants and maximising service charge income.  You will part of a small team supported by the wider Housing Management and Income Teams.

What will you be doing?

Tasks will include the management and administration of Right to Buy applications and the administration of service charges for Leaseholders and tenants. 

You will be responsible for Leasehold Management of the Councils 900 Leaseholders and maximising the service charge income.  

About you

You will be an experienced Housing Professional with knowledge of Right To Buy and Leasehold processes.

Experience of Income collection is essential.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and IT skills and able to effectively work in a team and to provide excellent customer service.  You will be able to meet deadlines and prioritise workload.  You will have excellent problem solving and analytic skills to effectively resolve disputes. 

You will have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
