This role will support home care services for the following counties: West Cuyahoga and Lorain This RN position is part of Cleveland Clinic's Weekender Flex Program and will require you to work two 12-hour shifts per weekend and one 12-hour shift during the week. Weekend shift options start at 7:00pm on Fridays and end at 7:30am on Mondays. While you are only working 36 hours a week, Cleveland Clinic will pay you for 44 hours of work and give you full-time status and benefits. This schedule allows caregivers to enjoy personal time during the week with family and friends and take care of any errands that will not interfere with a typical day shift schedule. **A caregiver in this position works from 10:00 a.m.-- 10:00 p.m. with every weekend** A caregiver who excels in this role will: * Provide direct nursing care. * Perform accurate and complete admission assessments and reassessments within a specified time frame. * Assess patients for safety risks, abuse and neglect * Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care  * Assess, document, prioritize and manage patients' pain Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: * Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing * Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) * One year of clinical experience as an RN in an acute med/surg setting * Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverage with $100,000/$300,000 coverage Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: * Bachelor of science in nursing (BSN).
