Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or a Master’s degree in Physical TherapyCurrent license to practice as a Physical Therapist in OhioWorking knowledge of Conditions of Participation and home healthcare experience preferredValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
