 The Home Health Intake Manager will supervise a team of intake coordinators who are responsible for the overall coordination of the incoming potential patients.

The Home Health Intake Manager plays a crucial role in the administration of home health services, ensuring that patients receive the necessary care in a timely and efficient manner. The Home Health Intake Manager will supervise a team of intake coordinators who are responsible for the patient intake process and collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient admissions. Ensure all necessary information is collected accurately and promptly. Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance their performance and skills. Develop and implement efficient procedures for patient intake to enhance operational effectiveness. Prepare detailed reports on intake activities and performance metrics for senior management. Monitor and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing home health services. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the intake process. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Required Experience/Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent6+ years of healthcare experience, required.2+ plus years of management experienceHome health experience, preferred.Management and people leadership experience, required.Wellsky (Kinnser) experience, preferred. Tableau and PowerBi report writing experience, required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$86,300 - $118,700 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
