Summary:

Work in collaboration and is responsible for the delivery of patient care to infusion patients. Receive and coordinate service requests. Good working knowledge of home infusion and knowledge of The Joint Commission requirements for home infusion providers. Additionally serves as a role model in the management, leadership, and delivery of quality nursing care. Integrate the role of clinician, teacher, consultant, and coordinator within specialty. Responsible for the professional accountability and development. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education: Associates Degree in Nursing; Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Masters in Nursing.

Required Credentials: BLS (Basic Life Support); RN (Registered Nurse) - License; Driver's License - State of Florida.

Required Experience: 1 year Home Infusion experience; 1 year Nursing experience; Preferred Experience: 1 year infusion experience and 1 year management.
