Are you a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, hands-on care to patients in the comfort of their homes? We’re looking for a dependable, kind, and attentive Home Health Aide to support patients’ daily living needs while promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

 

 

 

What You’ll Do as a Home Health Aide:

Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance under the direction of a Registered Nurse.Support patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and ambulation to promote independence and safety at home.Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure) as directed.Accurately observe, report, and document changes in the patient’s condition or behavior.Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families through daily support and compassion.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of consistent and quality care.Travel to patient homes as part of your regular daily duties. About You

Qualifications – What You’ll Bring:

High School diploma or GED required.Must be qualified as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in accordance with federal and state regulations.Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide, ORCurrently enrolled nursing student with at least 6 months of clinical experience, ORGraduate of an approved HHA training program or CNA program.Ability to accurately take and record vital signs.Demonstrated ability to observe and report changes in patient status.Strong communication and documentation skills.A genuine heart for service and compassion toward patients and families.Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to travel 100% daily to patient homes.

 

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

In-home caregiving or home health experienceGeriatric, hospice, or chronic condition careFamiliarity with infection control and basic medical terminologyExperience as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team We Offer
