In the role of the Home Equity Closer I, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently requesting payoffs for Home Equity Lines of Credit closings. This includes requesting payoff amounts from external banks and calculating internal payoff amounts. You will thrive in this role through your attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask. You will be expected to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers.

Primary responsibilities include
Request payoff amount from an external Bank Work closely with the Closing Team to ensure all applications are worked in a timely manner in order to meet a closing date. Maintain a pipelineQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
