A day in the life as a Home Delivery Customer Service Associate... + Interact with the stores and Distribution Centers to provide accurate order processing and service levels for the distribution of merchandise. + Act as a liaison between stores and service providers to be responsive to customer needs and requests + Develop and maintain a relationship with stores and customer service managers, and participate in store CS meetings + Provide periodic audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy + Review and publish reports for invoicing, auditing, claims/chargebacks, and metrics reporting What you'll bring to the table... + High School diploma/GED or equivalent + Proven proficiency in English language skills + Bilingual in Spanish a plus We’d love to hear from you if you have… + Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge + Basic math knowledge Minimum Starting Rate: $19.25 Hourly Up to: $24.06 Hourly Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law.
