The Role
Home Care Thailand Marketing Director is responsible for the full marketing leadership of the Thailand Home Care business spanning across 3 categories – Fabric Cleaning, Fabric Enhancers & Dishwash. This role leads full P&L and responsibility of the marketing function including marketing strategies, annual plans, innovation, media, brand equity, and design for channel. This is a unique opportunity to work in the best of both worlds with global powerhouse brands, best practices, and local Innovation with multiple channels from retail to eCommerce.
The role also sits on the Home Care Country Leadership team and plays an instrumental role in the overall strategy of the Home Care Business Unit and the development, wellbeing, and engagement of employees.
Main Responsibilities
Development of annual brand plans & budget to achieve targets
Leads the development of local initiatives and deployment of global innovation funnel
Ensure brand purpose is locally embedded and activated for each brand
Plan and execute efficient brand investment plan.
Overseeing digital / precision marketing and data strategies for the business
People and team development
Essential Experience
10+ years of marketing experience, preferably with cross-functional work experience
5+ years of experience working with multi channels (Hyper super/convenient/ General trade/D comm)
Strong combination of mix development & execution experience
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective and integrated Brand Marketing Plans
Proven project and budget management experience
Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills to work with senior stakeholders (locally & globally)
Strong project management and people management to oversee the team and guide day-to-day operations
Strong data analysis for continual analysis of market trends and the positioning of competitors
Experience in social first marketing & demand creation
Desirable
Leading broad portfolios & teams
Fluent in Thai language
