Our nurses ensure the quality and safe delivery of home health services. They assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate all care in the home. The nurse carries out this process in a collaborative relationship with the patient and other health team members. They will be expected to see 4-5 Patients a day, with each visit being 30-60 minutes on average.
