Mercy Home Health Care has a need for a Full-time Clinical Educator in Delaware county, PA.

Summary: The Home Care Educator assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates educational programs for home care and hospice staff, ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborates with managers for orientation, competency development, and ongoing staff development. Acts as an informatics liaison, providing technology education and coordinating student learning activities.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved Nursing education program (bachelor’s preferred)Certification in OASIS within one year (Home Care only).EPIC experience preferred.Ten years of nursing practice, with five in Hospice preferred.CPR Instructor Certification preferred.Proficient in Microsoft applications.Strong oral and written communication skills.
