Position Summary
Is responsible for driving sales growth, market share, and profitability of home appliances within the organized retail channel through distributor partnerships. This role manages the distributor–retailer relationship for key OR accounts, ensuring effective execution of sales, visibility, and promotional strategies that align with company objectives.Role and Responsibilities
Account Management
Develop and execute business plans for organized retail accounts in coordination with distributors.Manage the sell-in and sell-out process through distributors to OR partners.Monitor stock levels, order flow, and retail execution in collaboration with distributors.

Qualifications & Skills
