Supervise the loading of market swine Open gates and move marked swine to the truck driver and holding area according to instructions Adjust loading ramp and assist truck driver when backing his or her vehicle Supervise the clean up of truck, cutting boards, boots, etc Responsible for the accountability of daily paperwork
