Job Overview: The Histotechnologist is responsible for the preparation of tissue specimens for microscopic examination by a pathologist. This role includes performing a full range of routine and complex histologic techniques with precision and efficiency to ensure accurate diagnoses. The Histotechnologist also plays a vital role in maintaining laboratory quality standards, training new employees, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
