What You’ll Do: + Provide individualized instruction in essential academic and life skills + Support students in communication, behavior regulation, and daily routines + Collaborate with general education staff, families, and support teams + Develop and implement IEPs and progress monitoring plans + Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment ? What You Bring: + Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (preferred) + Valid Indiana teaching license with special education endorsement (required) + Experience working with students with intellectual or developmental disabilities (preferred) + Strong classroom management and communication skills + CPR certification and health screenings (as applicable) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age ??
