**Job Title: Stockroom Clerk**
**Department: Purchasing**
**Pay: $25.00 per hour**
**Schedule: First Shift | Core Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Stockroom Clerk** to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing our inventory systems, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining organization within our stockroom. If you thrive in a structured environment, enjoy working with both people and numbers, and want to contribute to a smooth supply chain process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
+ Maintain and reorder stock of supplies, equipment, and materials
+ Log inventory using a computer system or database
+ Keep stockroom organized and clean
+ Verify received materials match orders (quantity, type, condition)
+ Handle returns of defective or incorrect materials
+ Maintain accurate inventory records and track items on order
+ Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory
+ Assist with clerical and back-office tasks as needed
+ Prepare work orders using Fishbowl inventory software
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent experience
+ Strong organizational and leadership skills
+ Solid reading, writing, and comprehension abilities
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Basic math skills: ability to work with whole numbers, decimals, fractions, and percentages
+ Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret various instructions
+ Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally
+ Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team

+ **Hours:** 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-time hours)
