Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planningDemonstrate good technical knowledge of Industrial scales / productsGenerate leads for services and products based on customer needs Take ownership and deliver on the Key performance indicators for business and operationsResponsible to build customer relationshipLead Ind Service performance levels by demonstrating organization values through on-field services and through communication skillsDeliver on Good documentation practices as per organization plan. Products handling Primarily Vehicle-HI Weighbridges, Secondarily SI and Systems platform scale, Tank weighing & conveyor weighing
What You Need to SucceedDiploma or B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 3-5yrs. Experience in similar fieldSound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices.Experience on Weighing Scales would be a added advantage.Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must.
