About the Role:Join Assisting Hands - Pasco as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Pinellas, St. Pete, Clearwater, and Largo. With competitive pay rates of $15/hr for HHAs and $16/hr for CNAs, this is an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medication and monitor client health as directed. Document client progress and report changes to the nursing staff. Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. Transport clients to appointments and social activities as needed. Requirements: Current HHA or CNA certification in Florida. Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate demeanor and dedication to client well-being. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
