Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is currently hiring for their corporate Canadian Head Office located in the downtown Toronto area. Please note - this role is hybrid, with the expectation of the qualified candidate working in office in the downtown area once a week. Job Duties include, but are not limited to the following: + Process high-volume Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs) and wire transactions in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. + Execute client-initiated money movement requests, including deposits and withdrawals, primarily for personal accounts (registered and non-registered); occasional corporate transactions may occur. + Operate within a ticketing and queue-based system, handling tasks on a “first-come, first-served” basis without pre-assigned ownership. + Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within same-day service level agreements (SLAs). + Perform back-office processing duties in support of multiple lines of business (LOBs), with flexibility to rotate across various sub-teams as needed. + Adapt quickly to new processes and systems; cross-trained on several LOBs to support dynamic business needs. + Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to financial transactions. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve transaction issues and ensure seamless client experiences. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
