Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Framing Carpenters to join our construction team on large-scale commercial and multifamily projects throughout Idaho. This role involves hands-on framing work, including the installation of raw lumber and prefabricated wall systems. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform structural framing using both raw materials and prefabricated componentsInterpret and follow construction drawings and blueprintsCollaborate with other trades and crew members on active job sitesMaintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivityQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in framing or general constructionProficient in carpentry techniques, including finish work such as trim and cabinetry (preferred)Must provide personal tools including a hammer, tape measure, square, and tool beltAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsWork EnvironmentActive commercial construction sitesFast-paced, collaborative team settingOutdoor work with exposure to changing weather conditionsBenefitsCompetitive hourly payConsistent full-time scheduleOpportunities for advancement on long-term projectsPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
