Ability to handle payroll processing, attendance records and vendor paymentsKnowledge about statutory matters/deductions, TDS clauses etc and adhering to regulatory compliancesConsolidating the input from various stakeholdersResponding to employee queries and resolving payroll Discrepancies
 Preparing payroll reports for MIS

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Basic knowledge of ERP (preferable Oracle)Should be able to pass accounting entries, knowledge of financial statementsMIS reportingAdvanced excel
