BayCare Urgent Care is looking for full-time positions. Twelve hour shifts 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM M -F and 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Sat and Sun with two days on then two days off rotation for Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties only.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements will vary and will be reviewed with a BayCare Recruiter. 

Medical Assistant (MA, EMT or Paramedic):

Required High School Diploma or EquivalentBLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hireRequired approved Medical Assistant Certification required within 6 months of hire date or proof of active license/certification or EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) or NREMT (Nationally Recognized Emergency Medical Technician); or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), or Paramedic.If you are not a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant, NREMT or FL licensed EMT, Paramedic or LPN and you are hired for this position, you acknowledge the requirement to obtain your Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA, NRCMA, SCMA or CMAC), test within 90 days of employment and pass within 6 months of employment. Failure to obtain certification will result in termination of employment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

Required High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Florida LPN license.BLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hire

BMO X-Ray Tech:

Required HSD or GEDRequired 2 years Medical Assistant, EMT, Paramedic or 1 year LPN or RNBLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hireRequired Florida BMO license

Radiology Tech:

Required HSD or GED and technical or Associate in RadiologyRequired 1y Medical Office and 1 year RadiologyBLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hireRequired ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) certification Required - Radiology - within 6 months

Urgent Care Representative:

Required HSD or GEDRequired 6 months of customer service experiencePreferred 1 year of medical office experienceBLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hirePreferred bilingual Spanish & English

Supervisor Clinic:

Required HSD or GED And - Associates - Business; Or - Associates - HealthcareRequired 1 year Lead Role in a related field (must be a related field) Associates degree plus 2 years of medical office experience required or eligible certification (CMA, BMO, LPN, ARRT) with 2 years medical office experience required.
