Follow up of Marketing Campaigns & events and generate Qualified Leads via telephone. To Book appointment for Sales team & register the lead in the system.To engage and interact with decision makers at senior level for new & emerging business opportunitiesTo identify & qualify opportunities for cross selling of products & service to generate business & profitabilityTo deal appropriately with client queries received via telephone or email.To handle inbound client calls and tender enquiriesTo maintain & update the information in our system

What You Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Technical Skills:Degree/Diploma in BSc (physics & chemistry), EngineeringOverall and Specific Experience:Working Knowledge of Word, excel, Use of CRM software is an added advantage, Good English, Good communication & listening skills. Having previous calling experience is an added advantage"
