Are you ready to join us? **A day in the life of...** + Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge + acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations + Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities and escalate to team lead as necessary + Coordinate system testing, deployment of new system and services + Ensure proper documentation of process updates on Standard Routines + Conduct functional training for employees who are new to the operations (i.e. New hires & transfers) + Execute validation & reconciliation, prepare control reports for certain critical data/processes + Gather and analyze transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements **What will make you successful** + Analytical, organized and keen on details + System and process-oriented with the ability to identify & resolve critical issues + With strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service + Able to create process documentations + Has experience in Success Factors, SAP HR/Payroll system experience + Able to handle highly sensitive HR and Payroll information in a confidential and professional manner + Able to handle pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities + With strong customer orientation and exceptional commitment to deliver timely & quality service + has knowledge in PH Payroll + Exposure on Best Practices implementation within the team + Can work with minimum supervision + With good interpersonal skills + Good training skills + Willing to be assigned on any shift schedule
