A bit about the job

\n

The purpose of the internship is to support Hilton Worldwide Sales team with their day-to-day work. Assisting all segments, this internship will give the successful candidate a 360° view of a successful functioning of a Global Sales Office. Working under the direction and guidance of the Director of Hilton Worldwide Sales as well as other team members, the primary focus of this role is to provide administrative and sales support to the teams whilst learning the skills and knowledge to have a successful career in the Hospitality industry.  
 
Position Summary: 
Functions include:

\n\nPrepare customer facing business reviews\nQualify potential clients (prospects)\nSupport marketing collaterals creation (e.g. invitations, surveys)\nConsolidate client performance analysis & reporting\nAccompany Sales teams to client appointments\nAssist Sales representatives in the organisation of client events\nSupport RFP launches\nSupport hotel needs and requests\n\n

Supportive Functions
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the line manager based upon the particular requirements of the company.

\n\nComply with all policies, systems and procedures as laid down by the line manager\nThe holder of this statement can be asked to take on other tasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonable framework\nAdditional supportive functions as appropriate  \nParticipates in industry events and represents Hilton Worldwide at trade fairs and workshops, agreed by the line manager\nUpdates manuals and other department-related documents\nContributes to the development and performance of the team\nSupports training for new team members – if applicable\n\n

Salary & Benefits:

\n

€669.90 gross per month + €185.68 gross per month for food allowance

What are we looking for?
As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet in order to be considered for this amazing opportunity. These are detailed as follows;

\n\nMust be studying towards a degree, preferably with a focus on Sales, Hospitality or Business\nMust be available to start in July/August 2025\nMust be fluent in French & English, including reading, writing and speaking\nMust be able to commit to a 6 month internship\nMust be in possession of an appropriate form of right to work, that will entitle you to undertake a 6 month internship in France without restriction\nThe ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Sales and the Travel / Hospitality industry\nA candidate with good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel, and a pro-active and organised approach is highly sought after for this role\nA positive, can-do attitude\nExceptional attention to detail\nLanguage capability is a bonus\n\n
