Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter who will specialize in supporting a key client's business needs, with the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This is a W2 contract position working a swing shift that varies based on business need. This role is 100% onsite in Windsor, CO and involves full life cycle recruiting for both skilled and entry-level manufacturing positions. **Weekly Schedule** : **Monday** : 8am-5pm (once a month NEO 6:30-3:30, sept will have 2 NEOs) **Tuesday and Thursday** : 7am-4pm or 12pm-9pm (flips every other week) - interviews **Wednesday** : 8am-5pm **Friday** : 8am-5pm **Required** + Industry: 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience + High volume Recruitment experience + Education: High school diploma or equivalent **Nice to Have** + Experience recruiting in the manufacturing industry + Familiarity with coordinator responsibilities, including managing offer letters, background check steps, and orientation logistics + Proven success in grassroots recruitment and local outreach initiatives + Education: Associate or bachelor's degree ManpowerGroup is committed to helping our employees achieve their career goals while enjoying a strong total rewards package and award-winning culture.
