In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the seamless integration and deployment of innovative technologies, ensuring that our high-volume production capabilities go above and beyond! **Core Responsibilities** + Lead the end-to-end integration and deployment of the Internal High Volume Mould Platform into the operational value chain. + Collaborate across multiple organizations to secure cross-functional commitment, prioritization, and structured alignment of High-Volume Platform deployments, using a curious, focused approach that unites teams around shared objectives. + Define and manage the pipeline of Elements and Moulds for High Volume integration, establishing clear ambitions, goals, budgets, and timelines while keeping stakeholders fully engaged and informed. + Establish and lead a performance management framework to monitor and report on critical deployment KPIs, such as adoption rates and productivity gains, providing executive-level visibility, driving data-driven decision-making, and ensuring accountability across all levels. + Translate platform development into tangible business impact by steering adoption and ensuring new technologies deliver meaningful value. + Identify and help resolve deployment barriers, from capacity bottlenecks to process misalignments, and adjacent technology constraints, to preserve momentum. + Act as a key voice of Value Chain and Operations needs to the Mould Engineering Platform development team, influencing future roadmap decisions and platform technologies. + Facilitate structured collaboration and alignment across functions and phases, from Mould design to Production ramp-up. + Manage financial aspects of Integration and Deployment, overseeing investments and expenses to maintain strategic alignment. **Play your part in our team succeeding** The ME Platform team is responsible for developing Innovative, scalable, cost-effective High Volume Mould Platforms to support the future growth of The LEGO Group. As a High Volume Integration & Deployment Lead, you will be an instrumental part of bridging the gap between Platform Technology development and operational Deployment and Integration, ensuring that our platform solutions don’t just exist, but deliver measurable business value across the organisation. You will be a key driver in bringing strategic moulding platforms to life, working across the value chain to increase our High Volume footprint, and contribute to a smooth integration of new technologies into our core moulding portfolio. **Do you have what it takes** We’re looking for a technically grounded, execution-strong individual with the ability to drive progress across functions, strong project leadership, align stakeholders, proven track record of managing complex deployments across multiple phases and functions, manage execution, performance, budget, and make things happen. You likely have a background in project or product management, mechanical engineering, moulding, tooling, or manufacturing, and you’re comfortable with complex deployments, organisational dynamics, and stakeholder collaboration. You also have the ability to mentor peers or junior colleagues in structured deployment work You are proactive, enjoy building structure, seeing things through, have an accountable approach to driving outcomes and being at the center of delivering something tangible.
