You will train for the first year to develop the technical and business skills to drive your geographical area's business strategy to accelerate growth in your assigned business. This may include Industrial Components, Power Control Products, Automation, Software or Services Solutions. You will eventually serve as the technical liaison between Rockwell Automation, distributor sales resources and our customers.
