Toll Brothers City Living has an outstanding opportunity for a highly qualified Senior High-Rise Superintendent to lead our luxury multi-family residential project in West New York, New Jersey.

 

What is the opportunity?

This opportunity is for an organized, technically proficient individual with deep experience in multifamily construction.

What are the primary responsibilities?

Monitor subcontractors for compliance with schedule and qualityPrepare 8 week look ahead for job site activitiesMaintain Delivery and Hoist ScheduleReview progress and communicate issues with the project ForemanReview the past months activities and issues with Development ManagerEnforce all safety issues on site and act as first responder for any field issuesWhen field issues arise, keep track with pictures and/or tickets if deemed necessaryReview AIA and approve percentages of work completedSchedule inspectionsUnderstand where the coordination process is in relation to the project timeline to maintain paceRead and know all approved submittalsMaintain contractor punch lists for completionMaintain all ships logs, review, and sign any T&M tickets

The salary for this position is $111,000-$147,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus and a monthly mobile device allowance.
