We only operate Monday to Friday, with site shutdowns over the holiday period. The role consists of multi drop deliveries, with the support of a dedicated drivers assistant. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you a competitive guaranteed salary of£40,196 for basic hours, with overtime paid at £23.19 per hour. **You will also be applicable for a £300 signing bonus! Paid after two full weeks of work has been completed and an additional £300 bonus, once you have passed your 12-week probation period!** **What you’ll do on a typical day: ** + Making deliveries to residential properties and new build locations to a room of choice + You will be delivering full kitchens to properties, ranging from 50 to 250 items per drop, everything from door handles to pantry shelves + Carrying larger items into the property with the helps of a drivers mate + Utilising lifting equipment when needed + You will work in a two person delivery crew + Full manual handling training will be given + This is a permanent role with training and development opportunities **What you need to succeed at XPO:** +   We’ll need you to have a full UK driving licence (with C entitlement) + You’ll have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements. + A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card + Excellent knowledge of the UK road network  + Good customer service skills + Ability to adapt to meet the needs of the route **Be part of something big.** XPO is a leading provider of world-class solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
