As the region embarks on a journey of transformation and innovation, the Order-to-Cash (O2C) Regional Process Owner (RPO) will play a critical role in shaping and driving this evolution.
The O2C RPO is a pivotal role in the transformation of the Order-to-Cash processes within the North Asia and SEAA regions. This role requires a high-caliber, transformational leader who combines strong business knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership skills with the resilience to manage significant change. The successful candidate will need deep expertise in inventory cost, supply chain cost, accounting, finance, and retail operations, as well as proven experience in ERP system implementation and change management.
Aligned with the objectives of the Process-Based Organization (PBO) transformation and the HERO program, this position will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and other Regional Process Owners (RPOs) to deliver operational excellence, process standardization, and end-to-end visibility. Key capabilities include driving stakeholder alignment, ensuring consistency in profiles and processes, and fostering strong connections between GPOs and regional stakeholders.

Process Improvement
Oversee and optimize the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, including:
Enhancing efficiencies within inventory cost, supply chain cost, and finance operations.
Ensuring alignment of O2C processes with operational and organizational health objectives.
Anticipating potential impacts on business and operations while addressing gaps and pain points.
Driving harmonization across markets, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
Leveraging automations and advanced technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, and Data Analytics) to streamline O2C processes.
Transformation Leadership
Lead the O2C transformation projects under the HERO program:
Collaborate with GPOs to ensure consistency in profiles, processes, and strategies across regions.
Facilitate workshops to identify and address local requirements, process gaps, and reporting needs.
Document and communicate the current and future state of O2C processes with precision.
Partner with the Change/Communication training team to drive change management and user adoption.
Establish effective performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor the impact of O2C process enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary regional point of contact for O2C-related engagements.
Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regional CFOs, finance teams, and external consultants.
Promote a collaborative environment that supports the smooth transition to a Process-Based Organization (PBO).
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of process analysts and consultants, ensuring alignment with the overall transformation goals.
Encourage a strong focus on end-to-end process vision while fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
Risk and Performance Management
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the O2C transformation, ensuring the timely resolution of project issues.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure long-term success.

What you can bring to the team
Qualifications and Skillset
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
12+ years of experience in finance operations, supply chain operations, and process transformation, including:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with inventory costs, supply chain costs, and retail operations.
Proven expertise in ERP system implementation (e.g., MS D365 FO).
Solid understanding of process change management and driving digital transformation.
Experience in designing and implementing data-driven solutions for O2C processes.
Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation projects across multiple markets in Asia.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with a focus on driving results.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.

Work Experience
Proven experience leading finance and supply chain transformation projects, especially within the O2C domain.
Experience working across multiple Asia markets and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
Familiarity with process-based organizations (PBO) and the unique challenges of global transformations.
