As a Geek Squad Delivery Helper, you’ll travel to our clients’ homes and assist with the delivery and basic installation of technology alongside a seasoned Agent. You’ll help us amaze clients by handling appointments with care, asking relevant questions and providing prompt follow-up for recommendations and solutions. This is a great opportunity to build a career with Geek Squad. What you’ll doAssist with delivery, installation and networking with a primary focus on home theater technologyMaintain consistent contact with clients to reveal diagnostic discoveries and make recommendations for protecting their devicesResponsibly manage inventory and vehicle maintenanceProvide feedback and training to store teams and assist with in-store repairsBasic qualificationsExperience using and learning about consumer electronicsAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekendsMust be at least 21 years oldMust have a current, valid driver's licenseNo more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past three yearsNo DUI/DWI or reckless driving violations in the past three yearsAbility to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations and up to 150 pounds with helpPreferred qualifications6 months of customer service, sales, installation, or large product delivery experienceWhat’s in it for you
