Kforce has a client that is seeking a Helpdesk Lead in Woburn, MA.
Duties Include:
* Lead and manage the helpdesk team
* Act as the escalation point before issues are forwarded to the network team
* Handle account setups and application requests received by the helpdesk
* Troubleshoot issues across various projects and technologies
* Support microservice hubs used in conference environments
* Provide support for T1V systems and train team members as needed
