This position will develop and coordinate IT helpdesk processes and resources, oversee student workers, and assist other IT team members. **Minimum Qualifications** + Technological skills sufficient to troubleshoot and restore a variety of software and computer platforms as well as diagnose wide area network problems + Code program modules for new and existing systems + Familiarity with IT programming sufficient to write proposals to improve help desk procedures + Customer service skills to consult on IT functionality to internal clientele + Ability to work through and implement projects independently **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in related field or 4 years of equivalent related work experience in helpdesk operations + Ability to maintain composure in slow and fast-paced daily activities while being able to work on multiple tasks concurrently **Physical Requirements** + Ability to lift 50 to 80 pounds individually is occasionally required. Standing, walking, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces are frequently required tasks.
