Helpdesk Analyst (Fluent Japanese)

This application help support role seeks two highly motivated and skilled Japanese and English Bilingual Application Support Specialists for Japanese-USA Bank in NewYork. The App support provides on-site support to a customer for their new eMoneyger-ACH application. The app support is the main contact for customer inquiries, ensuring smooth adoption and efficient operation of the application. This role requires business system aptitude, customer service skills, and cross-cultural communication expertise.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide application-level support for the eMoneyger-ACH application, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions in both Japanese and English.
+ Act as a liaison between the customer and development/support teams, clearly communicating technical issues and requirements.
+ Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to customer staff on the use of the eMoneyger-ACH applications.
+ Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to the eMoneyger-ACH platform.
+ Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within a CRM system.
+ Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues, escalating as necessary to ensure high availability and performance of the application.
+ Stay updated on new features and functionality of the eMoneyger-ACH application, proactively sharing relevant updates with the customer and internal teams.
Qualifications
+ Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and verbal) is essential.
+ Proven experience or interest in customer support or technical support roles, with problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced customer site environment.
+ Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and evolving customer needs.
+ Solid understanding of ACH (Automated Clearing House) processes and regulations, including NACHA rules.
+ Familiarity with financial applications or systems, ideally with experience in supporting similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the financial services industry or with financial software applications.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this role is HOURLY RATE $45.00/Hour to $53.00/Hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
