Help Desk Technician
Job Description The Help Desk Technician plays a key role in initiating support responses and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. This position requires strong skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and situational awareness. Most support tasks are performed remotely using specialized software tools, though occasional travel to client sites may be necessary to deliver on-site services. Under the guidance of the Administration team and through regular communication, the Support Technician is responsible for delivering core services and monitoring for managed service clients.
