What You Will Bring to the Team Your 

The IT Helpdesk Engineer will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, and improving our IT operations to ensure your colleagues can work seamlessly. A successful candidate must have strong communication, service oriented skills, and technical knowledge for troubleshooting, process implementation, and automation. We are looking for a reliable IT Engineer who is passionate about helping a very fast growing organization.

Day-to-Day Activities

Provide day-to-day IT operational support

Provide resolution to the issues raised by the users.

 Provide maintenance to company owned IT equipment.

Document procedures, guidelines, and projects where you are participating.

Manage internal IT applications.

Communicate and coordinate with IT vendors when required.

Provide advice, evidence and guidance during audit engagements.

Oversee IT-related workspace setup, ensuring optimal placement of networking
equipment, workstations, and meeting room technology.

Assist with facility-related requests, including office moves, power and network
issues, and workspace reconfigurations.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, IT infrastructure, and accessibility
standards.

Work closely with IT and Facilities teams to maintain a well-equipped and
functional workspace

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of building maintenance coordination, facilities, and services

Basic knowledge in Networking.

Industry related certifications (ITIL, Network+, A+, CCNA, etc.)


Are you a fit? 2-4 years of experience with the following skills IT Helpdesk Engineer, Support Engineer, SysAdmin or related experience. Strong communication skills in English. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed
expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues
a priority. Experience in managing vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring
standardization and compliance. Experience in facility maintenance, repair, and project management. Proficient in troubleshooting client issues and efficiently providing long-term
solutions and recommendations. Knowledge of operating systems (Mac OS / Windows). Proficiency in hardware solutions, and diagnostics:
○ Computers and mobiles
○ Printers and
