Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:

Provide frontline support to pharmacy locations by logging and managing tickets.  Will include opening, updating, and monitoring service tickets to resolution.Collaborate with IT, operations, or third-party vendors to address system or equipment issues.Diagnose and facilitate resolutions with other departments for hardware, software, network, and printer issues.Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to store staff.Assist with updates, patches, installations, and routine maintenance of workstations and basic infrastructure.Track recurring problems and escalate as needed to ensure long-term solutions.Assist in maintaining support documentation and workflow procedures.Analyze, resolve, anticipate, and prevent system problems.Support communication and connectivity between systems.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, the associate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or General Education degree (GED) and three (3) years of pharmacy experience or training related field or equivalent.
