Help Desk Analyst, 11 AM - 7 PM
Description In this role, you will be part of a team providing mostly phone/remote support for 1700+ users with issues involving Windows 10/11, Active Directory, MS Office, Outlook, Citrix, VPN, mobile devices, MobileIron MDM, Intune, Zoom, and iManage document management. They use Ivanti as their ticketing system and ITSM. They are looking for someone who has a great combination of customer service and technical troubleshooting. The shift for this role is Monday - Friday, 11 am - 7 pm. It will be onsite 5 days a week for the first 6 months. Then it will become a hybrid of 3 days in and 2 days remote. This is a long term consulting position (12 months +). This position will require you to be onsite 5 days a week for the first six months. Then it will be a hybrid of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The hours for the role will be 11 am – 7 pm. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
